Is this event free?

Yes! The festival is intentionally free so everyone in the community can join the fun. All activities and entertainment are free. Some food and giveaways are available while supplies last, first come, first served.

We’re hosted at Butler Green Park, surrounded by great restaurants and shops. Anything sold by nearby businesses is separate from the festival and not affiliated with the event.

Do I need to RSVP?

No—it’s not required. However, by RSVPing you register ahead of time so we can plan better and keep things running smoothly on event day. You’ll get helpful reminders, an e-ticket, and automatic entry to our biggest prize. Totally optional—come either way, stay as long as you like.

Do I need to register or sign up for any of the giveaways?

No. Most giveaways, food, and school supplies are first come, first served while supplies last. You do not have to RSVP to attend or participate. However, guests who RSVP in advance will be automatically entered into the biggest raffle drawing.

Can I show up early?

Love the question—we’re excited too! We know it’s tempting to come early, but the fun officially kicks off at the scheduled start time. That’s when everything opens and the party really begins. We promise it’ll be worth the wait!

What kind of health resources are available?

Community health centers and local organizations will be onsite as friendly neighbors—no appointments, no pressure. If you’re curious, our outreach teams are happy to answer questions and share information about available healthcare services. For those interested in receiving on-site care, we’re offering blood pressure, glucose screenings, and HIV testing.

Is there a rain plan?

Yes! The party goes on rain or shine to keep the good vibes flowing. If severe weather causes changes, we’ll share updates on our website and social channels.
